PGR ... what is all about?

PGR is an event that perhaps in the near future, maybe in a year or so, will take on sportiness. We'll see. As for now, it is a several days outing in the company of other cycling buffs. It is a gravel adventure in the Polish Carpathians, during which you will visit Przemyskie Foothills, Słonne Mountains, the San Valley, Bieszczady and Low Beskid. Charming gravel roads, narrow paths and roadless tracks, different qualities of asphalt are waiting for you. You will discover the taste of camping under the open sky, the climate of mountain huts, shelters and tent bases.

Just think, what else can happen on this 468 km long route?

August 8-11, 2019

August is a splendid month, especially its first half 🙂 We start in Przemyśl, on the Market Square, and finish in Krynica Zdrój, on the top of Parkowa Mountain. What, where, how and at what time - you'll find out later. We're not going to overthink at this point, acting in the spirit of the adventure and cycling joy, which gives us a gravel bike. We focus on self-sufficiency and mutual understanding of the starters.

PGR is a 468 km long route (of which 50% is gravel and dirt roads) with about 8,589 m elevation gain, which you have to cover in three days.
The time limit is 80 hours. Richer in the experience collected during the May route check, we guarantee that the route, though demanding, is interesting and suitable for a gravel bike.
