Poland Gravel Race Rules

Participation in the event is based on a few simple rules:

  1. You must cover the marathon route with a bike powered only by your own muscles.
  2. In line with the principles of self-sufficiency and equal opportunity for all, you may only use infrastructure and commercial services that are available to all riders. Not permitted is the use of own technical cars, bag drops, accommodations, or food points. Arranging accommodations, meals, and other services to be used during the race can be no earlier than the start of the marathon.
  3.  Friends and family may only support race participants in such a way that is in line with the principles of self-sufficiency and equal opportunity for all riders. 
  4. You can ride alone or in a group. Supporting other riders is
    allowed and even advisable.
  5. You must complete the marathon route according to the course provided by the organizers. You can leave the route as long as you come back to it in the same place that you left it. Travel time is counted continuously from the moment of the participant’s start to the moment they reach the finish line.
  6. While taking part in the marathon use common sense and follow all applicable laws. This applies to rules of the road, respect to others, care for the environment, and the marathon’s rules.
  7. Nobody will take care of your safety better than you.
  8. You take part in the marathon at your own risk, being properly prepared, and having previously checked one’s own abilities.

The above-mentioned rules of participation result from Poland Gravel Race Regulations and are included in their provisions.
