Registration to Poland Gravel Race 2025

REGULATIONS

Before registration to Poland Gravel Race please get familiar with Regulations and Rules of PGR and Privacy Policy.

RACE PACK

Race pack for each Poland Gravel Race 2025 participant contains the following:

cycling cap with your race number,
drop bag transfer from start to finish point (limited 1pc., 8 kg, 15 litres),
live tracking for dot-watchers,
personal accident insurance,
media service,
giveaways from KU

At finish line:

hot meal,
finisher medal and finisher t-shirt for those who reached the finish line within time limit.

ENTRY FEE

Till 31.12.2024	400 PLN
From 01.01.2025	500 PLN

After successful payment you will receive via email 50 PLN Discount Code for another KOŁO ULTRA 2025 event.

ACCOMMODATION

Optionally, you can book accommodation at the finish line the Głodówka chalet, available in variants. The accommodation fee is added to the entry fee.

Accommodation for 2 nights (su/mo/tu)	120 PLN
Accommodation for 1 night (mo/tu)	60 PLN

Accommodation in dormitory rooms, hostel standard. Check-in at 15:00. If you want check-in earlier, you have to book additional night. The number of available places is limited.

If you pay from abroad please do not use Autopay. Use money transfer to bank account instead.

The title of the transfer should include the payment code received in the e-mail confirming registration, the name of the event and the name and surname of the participant to whom the payment relates, eg “1234-567-89012 PGR2025 John Smith”. We wait 3 business days for payment by bank transfer. After this time, unpaid entries are released from the list.

REGISTRATION

The registration form is closed after the limit of places for a given event is exceeded or no later than one month before the date of the Event,
If the start list is full, the order of payment decides about participation in the event,
Your name appears on the list after successful payment,
If the registration is closed one month before the date of the Event and the number of enrolled participants does not reach the above-mentioned limit of the event, people who want to join, please contact us by e-mail at pgr@kolo-ultra.pl. However, we do not guarantee the full benefits of the race.

From 28.06.2025 you can still register to the PGR but we do not guarantee all benefits of the Race Pack. We will do our best that you get your medal, finisher’s t-shirt or cap but we can’t commit and no claims can be made.
The same applies to persons already registered with payment received past 27.06.2025.
